The new Lego store opened in Mall of America just in time for Christmas. It was a needed upgrade with new shiny larger-than-life Lego creations for us to gawk at. Granted, the folks at Lego probably know more about toys, plastics and kid-friendly engineering than I ever will, but what is up with these? Are they doors? Are they windows? Is this the best use of this space?
This doesn’t bode well for those of us who hated the inches of dust that settled over all of Lego’s creations in the past. Will they ever get their visual merchandising right?
