Witney, UK, June 1, 2011 – The Recycler magazine and Flora Delaney have agreed to create a monthly feature article focused on improving retail practices for The Recycler’s readers. The Recycler is a European trade magazine for the €1 billion European remanufactured ink and toner industry. The first article appeared in the June 2011 issue and highlighted assortment selection and merchandising for single-door retailers. Plans for the series began when Matthew Brown, editor, asked Flora to make a single contribution.
“Our readers had recently asked for more retail-focused content to help them become better at the front of the store and not just cartridge recyclers. We sought out a knowledgeable partner and we are thrilled to work with Flora Delaney. Her expertise and writing are exactly what we were looking for,” said editor, Matthew Brown.
“I jumped at the chance to work with The Recycler and its community. There are so many universal issues that small operators face and my goal is to give them the same guidance and advice that large scale retailers here in the US have benefitted from. I really envision the articles as a series that could exist apart from the rest of the magazine content that will take retailers through best practices in all manner of retail operations,” said President, Flora Delaney.
